Cherry Blossom Festival

To our honoured Lords, Ladies and all others who dwell in these fine lands of Meadel.

It is with great excitement that I invite those brave and curious enough to attend, to the magical Cherry Blossom Festival, which will be held at Three Stone River.

A few times a decade the planetary alignment and the phases of the moon plays havoc on the magical energies that resides deep in the heart of DV lands. The mirth and mayhem that always arises from this is called the Cherry Blossom Festival.

As per Cherry Blossom tradition there will be a masked ball. We therefore urge everybody to dust off their dancing shoes, and prepare to dance the night away!

Whereas the usual adventure seekers, looking for those rare gems and treasure that only arrives with the festival, are very welcome. We urge them not to shrive the trestled midst, as the harbinger has only recently been hallowed in its keep.

The Duke and myself will also happily pay 2 gold for any captured twinkle fairy, if it should happen that the winds will once again blow them from the mountains where they reside. No harm will come to these creatures, as their capture will merely aid us in relocating them back to their home. Anyone who may have been at a Cherry Blossom Festival before might know of the chaos that these lovely creatures can cause once they have been removed from their mountainous teritory.

We urge you all to remember to take the usual precaution as DV will not accept any responsibility for the death; maiming; public embarrassment; enchantment; enticement, ensorcelment, enlargement, embezzlement, enlightenment, entrapment; entanglement, engagement, enjambment inter veiliar transport, alterations of shape, sex or species; loss of goods; goods turning sentient and attacking owners; cultists; random teleportation; luggage; rogue magical pets or experiments; lawyers; or any other conceivable or inconceivable harm or inconvenience to any attendees.
